Job Summary:
The Senior Leader - Operations is a senior leader at Coastline Vineyard, serving on the Senior Leadership Team and working closely with the Lead Pastor. This role will oversee operations of Sunday gatherings and whole church events and will serve as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
The expected salary band for this role is £21,500 - £22,500 per year (depending on experience) based on a 32 hour working week.
